Each class is a unique experience, offering a glimpse into the diverse offerings available in the complete Pilates library. Whether you're wanting to improve core strength, breathing, mobility, flexibility, relaxation, or rehabilitation, after completing the challenge you will improve in all all areas.

    • Day 2 (9 Exercises 1 min each x2 ) Energizing session

    • Day 3 (6 Exercises 3 mins each) Spinal Mobility & Core

    • Day 4 (x9 exercises 2 mins each) The lazy workout aka.. all supine position haha!

    • Day 5 (each exercises is 1 or 2 mins long) Standing Routine

    • Day 6 Hip Mobility (moments of core and breathing) *props needed outlined below
